Placing Your Order
Placing an order with us is easy. There's no need to register or create an account first.
Simply browse through our web site and find the products you are interested in purchasing. Then click the “Buy” button to add the item to your shopping cart.
Please check our contact information below. We may also be able to accept orders by phone, fax, or e-mail. We may also accept credit cards. Look for the Visa/Mastercard logos on our site to use your credit card as payment.
Personal checks may be held up to 10 business days for clearance.
Depending on how you place your order, you should receive your order within 7-10 business days from the date you placed your order. Priority Delivery within 3-6 days is available for a small extra fee.

We charge a single flat fee for each shipment. We use a variety of carriers for each shipping option depending on the quantity of items ordered. It is not possible to specify a preferred carrier when placing your order.
Other Shipping Considerations:
- Items can be shipped to P.O. Boxes and APO/FPO addresses
- Deliveries to Alaska, Hawaii, P.O. Boxes, International addresses and APO/FPO addresses may take longer than 7-10 days for delivery.
- Signature upon delivery required for shipments over $200
You may return unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping cost if the return is a result of our error. Please note that we are unable to exchange items (unless you received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item.)
Our standard policy is to accept most returns within 30 days from the date of delivery. However, we understand that many customers like to order holiday gifts early, and so we have extended our returns period for the holidays.
Unless otherwise specified in our guarantees, software products must be unopened and still in their original plastic wrap to qualify for a refund. eBooks are nonrefundable.

What are the requirements to use the eBooks on my computer?
The eBooks on this web site are published in Adobe PDF format. Adobe PDF is the global standard for trusted distribution and viewing of information. Adobe Acrobat Reader is required to view the eBooks and is available for FREE at www.adobe.com and also comes included as a bonus with all of our CD-ROM titles.
Adobe Acrobat Reader allows your customers to view your eBooks on all operating systems including Microsoft Windows, Apple’s Macintosh and Linux. That means anyone worldwide with virtually any computer can all purchase and use your eBooks.
For technical issues additional help is available online through the technical support link located on your CD-ROM. Each CD-ROM also has its own unique help file built-in to provide instant support offline.

- The CD-ROM products are compatible with the Apple® Macintosh platform when using Parallels.
